As another Tiger Woods mistress comes out of silence, I wondered to myself why all of these famous men chose to have multiple affairs with multiple women. Why don't we hear about women who are caught having countless affairs with men. Why is it that in the last 6 months or so, so many men's lives have been turned upside down by women coming forward who say they were having affairs with them. This week The Frisky did an article on the TOP 10 Famous Female Cheaters. We are just recapping the list here as well as adding any additional information and thoughts. #10: Ingrid Bergman
Around 1949, after a decade of stardom in American films, Ingrid Bergman starred in the Italian film Stromboli. This led to a love affair with director Roberto Rossellini while they were both already married. The publicity surrounding the relationship became a frenzy when it was discovered that Bergman was pregnant with Rossellini’s baby. The news spread throughout the world. The scandalous affair caused her to return to Europe until 1956, when she made a successful Hollywood comeback and won her second Academy Award. Again, The Frisky had to go back nearly 60 years to find another person to make the TOP. Elizabeth Taylor was married 8, yes EIGHT, times! According to The Frisky, in 1963, Liz Taylor married Eddie Fisher, after having a very public affair with him. This marriage lasted 5 years before she divorced Fisher to marry Richard Burton a week later. The fact that The Frisky had to go back 47 years to find their #10 most famous female affair is just proof that women seek affairs for different reasons than men, and either women are just more successful at concealing their love affairs, or they just don't do it as frequently as men.

Tori Spelling has been wishing she was famous for years, so she finally got some publicity and notice on this list. She had an affair with Dean McDermott, while married to Charlie Shanian. The affair ended both Spelling and McDermott’s previous marriages, and the two ended up marrying soon after. Spelling says she has no regrets about what happened and would do it over again.
